Our Storage Facility

The Investigators benefit from the use of the firm’s Evidence Storage Facility. Morris, Haynes & Hornsby is one of the only law firms in the state of Alabama that has their own Evidence Storage Facility with a full-time technician. Located in Alexander City, Alabama, the Evidence Storage Facility is where evidence is retained until it will be used at mediation, trial or appeal. This evidence can be crucial to the outcome of the case and Morris, Haynes & Hornsby’s private Evidence Storage Facility allows them to keep this evidence safe and secure. Also, the close proximity of the facility to the firm’s office in Alexander City enables the Investigators to be present for evidence inspections on very short notice, allowing the firm’s cases to progress as efficiently as possible.
