to our team of personal injury attorneys. Jennifer brings more than two
decades of legal experience and a comprehensive background handling complex cases.

Jennifer is excited to join the Morris Haynes team, adding that “being an
attorney is about more than practicing law. It’s about standing beside
people when they need someone the most, fighting for what is right,
pursuing justice, and making sure your clients know they are not alone.”
Before becoming an attorney, Jennifer began her legal career as a legal
assistant and paralegal. Over more than 20 years, she gained extensive
hands-on experience with cases involving catastrophic personal injury,
trucking law, medical malpractice, and wrongful death matters.
Having worked on cases representing both plaintiffs and defendants,
Jennifer brings a valuable perspective to her work at Morris Haynes.
Her experience gives her an understanding of how cases are developed,
evaluated, and defended from both sides, knowledge she will now put to
work advocating for Morris Haynes clients.
Jennifer completed her undergraduate studies at Samford University before
earning her Juris Doctor from the Birmingham School of Law, where she
graduated with honors.
During law school, Jennifer was a member of the Judge Hugh Locke Honor
Society, where she served as Service Arbiter, and competed on the AAJ
Mock Trial Team. She also received the Alabama Circuit Judges’ Scholarship.
Jennifer is admitted to the Alabama State Bar and the United States
District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. She is a member of
the Birmingham Bar Association, Calhoun Cleburne County Bar Association,
and Talladega County Bar Association. She is also an Alabama State
Certified Guardian ad Litem.
Jennifer’s combination of more than 20 years of legal experience,
knowledge of complex litigation, and commitment to serving clients makes
her a strong addition to the Morris Haynes team. We are excited to welcome
Jennifer Bearden Pidgeon to Morris Haynes Attorneys at Law and look forward
to the expertise, perspective, and dedication she will bring to our clients
and our firm.
