Morris Haynes is pleased to present the three newest members of our team: Candace Nichols, and Hanlon Gilliland. Candace Nichols was hired in January of this year as legal assistant to attorney Tommy James in our Birmingham office. She and Mr. James primarily handle cases where children, the elderly, the mentally ill and those with special needs have been seriously injured or killed as the result of abuse or neglect. Mrs. Nichols was previously employed at the law firm of Engel, Hairston, and Johanson.
Hanlon Gilliland has joined Morris Haynes as a legal assistant to partner Randy Haynes. She is based out of the Alexander City office. Ms. Gilliland has previously worked for East Alabama Medical Center and Healthsouth Corporation. She is a graduate of Auburn University.
