Jennifer Pidgeon

Bio

Prior to becoming an attorney, Jennifer worked as a legal assistant/paralegal for over 20 years. She is experienced in handling cases involving catastrophic personal injury, trucking law, medical malpractice, wrongful death, dram shop liability, family law, probate, estates, workers’ compensation, and employment matters. She has worked on cases representing both plaintiffs and defendants.

She completed undergraduate studies at Samford University and earned her Juris Doctor from Birmingham School of Law, graduating with honors.

While attending law school, she was in the Judge Hugh Locke Honor Society, where she served as Service Arbiter, and was on the AAJ Mock Trial Team. She was also a recipient of the Alabama Circuit Judges’ Scholarship.

She is admitted to the Alabama State Bar and to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. She is also a member of the Birmingham, Calhoun Cleburne County, and Talladega County Bar Associations and is an Alabama State Certified Guardian ad Litem.
