About Jeremy

Jeremy is a partner at Morris Haynes and practices in their Birmingham office. He has helped victims recover over $100 million from some of the largest corporations in the world. Jeremy has litigated cases against Ford, General Motors, Coca-Cola, Chrysler, Takata, Samsung, Waste Management, Wal-Mart, Michelin, Cooper Tire, Alabama Power, and others. He has fought national trucking companies like Werner, Schneider, and J.B. Hunt. In addition, the United States and the State of Alabama have been forced to compensate his clients.

Jeremy focuses on product defects, fires, explosions, airbag defects, tire separations, tractor trailer negligence, automobile negligence, abuse, neglect, and other insurance claims. Since he was sworn in as a lawyer in 1997, Jeremy has devoted his career to helping victims.
