Bio

Luke is an associate in the Birmingham office of Morris Haynes, and is a native of Cherokee County, Alabama. Luke earned his Bachelor of Science from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee. After college, Luke earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law. While in law school, Luke was a member of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board and the Criminal Law Moot Court Team. He also participated in the nationally ranked trial advocacy competition program.

While at Morris Haynes, Luke has helped obtain substantial settlements for clients in legionella pneumonia cases, automotive defect cases, lithium-ion battery explosions, trip/slip and fall cases, car crashes, and many other cases involving serious injuries.

Luke takes pride in building relationships with his clients and giving each case the individual attention needed to maximize results.
